When Should You Turn Your Clocks Back in Ireland for DST End 2024?
This weekend sees the end of Daylight Saving Time (DST) for 2024 with the clocks going back one hour in Ireland at 2am in the early hours of Sunday, 27th October 2024, with a return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).

Not sure whether the clocks should go forward or back? Remember the old mottos of "fall back" and "spring forward".
The RTÉ Lifestyle website gives some good tips on how to avoid sleep disruption this "fall back" weekend - https://www.rte.ie/lifestyle/living/2024/1024/1477202-how-to-minimise-sleep-disruption-as-the-clocks-go-back/#:~:text=Despite%20chatter%20that%20Daylight%20Savings,Sunday%2C%20October%2027%2C%202024.
Roll on cosy evenings, crisp air and winter walks!
